Tiny Eggplant from Uwajimaya. Whenever I get to downtown Seattle I try to stop in at the Japanese grocery to buy these beautiful tiny eggplant. Most are about 3 inches long and vary from lavender pink to almost black. I like the soft glow of the highlights.
