A very basic composition made more interesting by the dark shadow which touches the end of the pepper. Throwing a shadow across the scene is a compositional idea made famous by Caravaggio. Seemed like a good fit for a dramatic pepper.

One Radish on White
The radishes aren't up in the garden yet, I was getting spring fever and bought this one at the grocery store. My intention was to keep the background very high key, and to work on those loose edges
