Eggplant is one of my favorite vegetables. Not just for eating, but also because the color is so deep and wonderful to paint. This painting is very simple, but such lovely reflections. This one will be at the Vashon Island Art Studio Tour during the first two weekends in May. I'll be showing paintings at Dockton Pottery, 25913 99th Ave SW opposite the old Dockton Store.
